The Philodendron Brasil is one of many varieties of Philodendron Hederaceum (Heartleaf Philodendron).The Brasil is known for it’s beautiful streaks of green variegation in their leaves. This gives the plant an extra level of beauty and also some spunk.
Plant Care
Growth: Vining
Water: Medium watering needs, simply water when the top layer of soil gets dry.
Climate: Mimic it’s natural tropical environment with a warm and humid location for the best growth. Misting often or placing it with a collection of other tropical plants helps increase the humidity.
Light: Bright indirect light, this plant enjoys getting a good amount us light, however placing it in direct sunlight can burn it’s leaves.
Soil: Fluffy, well draining soil. We keep ours in a mixture of coco coir, perlite, and regular potting soil.
Propagation: Easily propagated through stem cuttings and leaf cuttings
